Yas Meen Selectress (she/her) is a Cairo-based DJ of Egyptian heritage whose sound fuses percussive bass with electronic textures and cultural depth. Her sets draw on Middle Eastern rhythms and the diasporic club energy of New York, blending identity and movement into immersive sonic journeys.

 

Raised between Egypt and New York, Yas Meen Selectress has developed a vibrant and personal sonic language that explores the connection between belonging, movement, and electronic culture. A key voice in the emerging Swana (South West Asia North Africa) sound, her sets weave rhythm and identity into an intense and captivating sonic narrative. She has performed for Boiler Room, Lot Radio, and Kiosk Radio.

At Electropark 2025, she delivers a layered and energetic DJ set — where rhythm becomes a shared space for listening and connection.
