Lowkolos
Lowkolos (Mert Gençer) is an audiovisual artist and producer originally from Turkey and based in Amsterdam. Inspired by the sound of 90s Warp Records, electroacoustic music techniques and the attitude of contemporary jazz, his work moves away from traditional composition methods based on grids and repetitive structures.
His music combines narrative textures, samples, complex rhythms and heavy sound design, creating an eclectic sound that moves across genres. Together with his visual work, it builds live performances that are dynamic and constantly evolving.
There is No Harmony
At Electropark 2026 he presents There Is No Harmony, a multi-layered audiovisual show with a holographic effect developed in collaboration with audiovisual artist and scenographer Allison Wright. The performance uses multiple layers of holographic foil, a transparent material that can display images while remaining see-through. On this surface, audio-reactive geometric patterns, vibrant colour sequences, text and edited archival footage are projected. Because the projection material is suspended vertically in two layers, the images appear distorted, reinforcing the contrast between harmony and disharmony.
The show begins by exploring the idea of an unexplained harmony in life and nature. As the performance unfolds, each track reflects the tensions and contradictions of contemporary life, questioning the world we have built: a system that claims to seek harmony while often producing chaos.
Through electronic music, audio-reactive visuals and light design, There Is No Harmony reflects on the relationship between harmony and disharmony in music.
